Smoke Gets In Your Eyes

These might look like clouds but that’s the smoke from the nearby fires

UPDATE: My friend critic, Brad writes in to tell me that these are indeed clouds. Pyrocumulus clouds to be exact, caused by intense heating from the ground, so they are as a result of the fires. The grey blanket you see below though is smoke… right Brad?
