    Please don’t tell me that horrible neon glop is supposed to be Hollandaise sauce.

    The colors were…. vibrant! The red flower was in fact smoked salmon and the green circle was ….. something green.

    This meal was in a cafe in The Castro in SF. Those guys are…. flamboyant, so what do you expect!
